Cable Car Technician

You will be tasked with daily operation maintenance of the electro-mechanical cableway system. This includes maintaining cabin rail and parking conveyor, crowd control management. You will also be involved in major repairs and improvement works as and when required.


  • Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Ability to adopt a "hands-on" approach at work
  • Training will be provided
  • Candidates with no experience may apply

Guest Relations Officer

You will welcome all guests to Faber Peak and provide excellent guest management services. You are required to be proactive in providing customer service solutions and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience at Faber Peak. Your daily work will include answering hotline calls, handling events, dining reservations and addressing our membership enquiries.


  • Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Studies
  • Those without Diploma but with an aptitude for customer service will also be considered
  • Strong competency in spoken and written English (competency in another language is an advantage)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric, people-oriented and a team player
  • Able to work shifts, staggered hours and overtime
  • A fast thinker who reacts quickly and is able to handle a variety of customer-related situations

Cable Car Host

You will be part of a team that welcomes passengers at the start of their Cable Car ride. Your responsibilities include greeting and engaging the passengers, checking tickets and ensuring safety when passengers board the Cable Car cabins. Besides providing excellent service experiences for all passengers, you will also assist to administer on-site emergency procedures when necessary. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining cleanliness of the cabins for the enjoyment of all passengers.


  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level Experience in customer service preferred
  • Fluent in English and / or other languages
  • Pleasant personality and a team player with good working attitude
  • Able to work shifts, staggered hours
  • A fast thinker who reacts quickly and appropriately to situations
  • Full-time and part-time position available

Tour Host

You will lead tours in Sentosa and provide excellent customer service to the tour groups. You will learn about Sentosa's products and history, and proactively share the information with the groups/guests.


  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • Experience in the travel or service industry
  • Service-oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Required to work on shifts and on both weekdays and weekends
  • Full-time and part-time position available

Ticketing Clerk

You will be responsible for providing customer service to sell cable car tickets, tours and membership to customers. As part of your job, you will also handle cashiering duties


  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Level
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English & another language
  • Customer and Tourist centric
  • Required to work on shifts and on both weekdays and weekends
  • Full-time and part-time position available

Waiter / Waitress / Bartender

You will assist in daily operations for F&B restaurants, and attend to guest queries and ensure quality guest services.


  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and/or professional qualifications in Food & Beverage.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality and customer centric
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Able to work staggered hours and shifts
  • Full-time and part-time position available
